I do really think there’s a lack of creativity, I mean it’s less creative then other bosses sure but I still don’t think it’s uncreative, if it was uncreative they could have just had okumura be the boss for the entire fight and had him just be strong, I also just don’t find it as that big an issue, I’d rather it be fun and less original then unique and not fun

I really do. But I have no tactical advice at all for this fight, since I have always hit it very straightforwardly. I always go back to the Velvet Room for a round of fusing every time I hit a new safe room in every palace when not playing NG+, and as a result, I have literally never had a challenge until the final boss. Joker and Morgana should baton pass to Haru using psy skills, and to maximize damage, Haru should be able to make three attacks. Have her target one robot to knock it down, then do a nulti-target psy attack to knock down the other, while damaging the other three. One thing about the boss fight: it’s supposed to be symbolic of how Okumura makes his underlings do all his work for him, even willing to sacrifice them for the sake of his success, and his alone. The fight is easiest in merciless. Personally, I didn't have much problem, if at all, with any of bosses in P5/P5R, including Okumura. Granted I only beat him in Normal difficulty and I was around lvl 40-45. My only DLC persona was Izanagi Picaro at around lvl 43 I think. Honestly, Okumura is the worst boss ever. So, I was doing that annoying boss fight, attempting it for what was around 3 hours. I eventually rage quitted - forgetting to save. I lost around 8 hours worth of progress.
